This phase directly aligns with Objective 4: Consolidating and Communicating the Validated Curriculum Framework. Building on the rigorously tested blueprint from Phase 3, it synthesizes all research, workshop outputs, and survey findings into a cohesive set of actionable recommendations and programme documentation.
Task 4.1: Compile Final Project Report
All findings, activities, and insights from the previous phases are consolidated into a final report.
This document provides a detailed account of the research process, the decisions taken, and the rationale behind the proposed educational model. It also includes reflections from the team and stakeholders on the implementation journey.
Task 4.2: Project Evaluation by an Expert
An independent expert is commissioned to evaluate the project. This evaluation assesses:
· Whether project goals were achieved
· The quality and effectiveness of the outputs
· Lessons learned and areas for improvement
The expert review provides a third-party perspective to validate the project outcomes and guide any future adaptation or scaling efforts.
Task 4.3: Identify Dissemination Strategies
To ensure visibility and impact, a dissemination strategy is implemented. This includes:
· Publishing findings in two peer-reviewed academic journals
· Developing a dedicated project website to share outputs, tools, and lessons
These efforts aim to reach academic, policy, and professional audiences, promoting the model as a reference for future TNE initiatives.
